Q. Do you have a shop?
A. No, our business is home run, so unfortunately we do not have the facilities for customers to visit us.
Q. Do you have a Minimum Order?
A. No, but if you order over £80 (UK ONLY) worth of items your postage is FREE.
Q. I'm looking for something you don't have, could you find it for me?
A. We would definitely try, give us as much information on the item your looking for, including any photos you might have, and we will do our utmost to help you.
Q. Do you accept international orders?
A. Yes, we are more than happy to send orders internationally. Please enter your card details at the checkout page. Please do not send cash in the post.
Q. VAT
A. All prices include 17.5% UK Value Added Tax. VAT is included in the price for all customers from EU member states
Q. What are your delivery times?
A. Most orders are posted out within 72 hours, but customers will be advised when this is not possible. All orders are sent 1st class recorded delivery and will need to be signed for upon arrival. We will happily send to another address or workplace to make sure that someone is in.
Below is an indication of how long delivery will take to your area:
UK mainland- 5 working days
Europe- 7 working days
Rest of world- 14 working days

Q. How can I pay?
A. The website is set up to handle payment via Paypal and Google Checkout, both are a secure payment provider.
Q. Returns
A. Tiaras and Garters operates' a no quibbles refund policy if the goods are found to be faulty and are returned within 7 days. If goods are returned in this time and in their original condition, the customer will receive a full refund. Please note we DO NOT refund for "Change of Mind". For hygiene reasons we can not accept the return of earrings for pierced ears or sets containing earrings.
Postage and packing costs are non-refundable, except when the wrong goods are sent out by us. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged on return. It is recommended that any returns are sent with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss. If goods are returned after 7 days have elapsed, Tiaras and Garters may make a charge for administration costs which will be deducted from the cost of the goods.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 entitles customers to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Should you wish to cancel your order and return the goods you may do so but the goods must be returned at your own expense in the condition you received them. They should be returned with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss. Upon satisfactory and timely receipt we will refund any monies within 30 days.
